Project Update
Work continues on improvements to the Academy Apartments and the renovation of the Science Building. The overall plan has not changed, and the current target for the transition and the start of renovation work is fall.

PCH and RuralEdge are continuing work toward two connected goals: improvements to the Academy Apartments / Academy buildings for long-term stability and upkeep, and the creation of four affordable apartments in the vacant Science Building. The overall plan has not changed, but the timeline has moved. The current target for the transition and the start of renovation work is fall. PCH will remain the local partner, helping keep a strong relationship between this housing work and the Peacham community.

PCH works on projects that support stable housing and everyday community life in Peacham. Today, that includes helping steward the Academy Apartments and the Science Building, while also supporting community connection and local vitality through partnerships and public-facing work connected to places like the Peacham Farmers Market, the Peacham Café, and the Guild.
